Recipe:
-Poke holes in the Turkey legs
-Add into a sealed plastic bag with Turkey gravy in one bag and cranberry sauce in the other!
-Add the bags into a container with water and the sous vide cooker
-Set to “duck legs”
-Let it go!
-Then remove and put the Turkey legs on a broiler sheet
-Rub the Turkey legs down with butter, sage, salt, and pepper!
-Broil in the oven about 5 minutes and turn a couple times!
