Turn/ press the "+" or "-" key to adjust the countdown time in 15-minute intervals.

Press"/PRESET" again to start the countdown.

When the countdown is completed, your KitchenBoss Sous vide cooker starts cooking according to the chosen recipe.

If there is no operation for 10 seconds in SETUP mode or standby state, the screen will enter the sleep mode. Press any key to start the screen.
