How can I vacuum manually? I can't control the inching very well.

The inching mode allows you to incrementally control the amount of vacuum so as not to damage delicate/fragile foods.Press the inching button ,when the desired amount of vacuum is reached,press the seal only button,and the bag will be sealed with the desired amount of vacuum.
