 Cook your chicken breast with FIVE amazing sauces in perfection.


Recipes:
1. Korean style marinate: 1 pear, 1/4 sweet onion, 2 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp gochujiang, 1 tbsp soybean paste, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp black pepper.

2. Thai lemon marinate: 1/2 lemon cut into slices, 1/2 lemon squeeze into juice, 15g onion wedges, 2 thai chili pepper, 4 cilantros, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey.
3. Chinese five spice marinate: 10 Sichuan peppers, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1 green onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp red pepper power, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp honey.

4. Greek yogurt marinate: 2 thryme, 2 rosemary, 2 parsley chopped, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper.
Japanese miso marinate: 1 tsp minced ginger, 2 tbsp miso paste, 2 tbsp sake, 1 tbsp honey.

Steps:
1.Put one kind of sauce with one chicken breast into a vacuum sealer bag.
2.Select “Moist VAC” to seal the bag.
No extra marinating time is needed. Add the bag into a container with water and KitchenBoss Sous Vide Cooker.
3.Select to “chicken breasts”. Or manually set the temperature at 140F to cook the sealed chicken breasts for 90 minutes.
4.Remove the bag, cut the chicken breasts into slices, and enjoy
