We want to make any warranty claim as simple as possible for you. All you need to do is contact us at support@kitchenbossgloabl.com and provide us the order number and showing your products issues you are having with your item.

We may suggest some troubleshooting ideas to establish whether or not the issue can be fixed without a return. Videos of the fault may be requested if and where appropriate . Generally any issue will be considered for advices of operating or replacement.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you purchase a Kitchenboss product and then change your mind for whatever reason, you can cancel the order in 24 hours or return the product at your own cost within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
