Pulled beef:
Salt and sear a ribeye roast (1-1,5kg). Marinate it with chipotle chili in a sous vide bag and cook it for 6 hours at 80 °C . It should come out tender and juicy.

1 tomato
Half red onion
1 lime
cilantro
Salt

Serve it on a soft taco shell with some cheese and enjoy.
