Sous vide Turkey Roulade ft. KitchenBoss G320 Sousvide Cooker.
The perfect gift for your loved ones who love to cook.
Ingredients:
Turkey Breast
Stuffing (separate recipe coming soon)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Rosemary
Butter

Instructions:
1. Butterfly the Turkey breast and pound it with a meat tenderizer.
2. Place the stuffing right at the center of the filleted Turkey Breast. Season with 1-2 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder.
3. Roll it nice and tight. Tie it using butcher’s twine.
4. Place the roulade in a sous vide bag with 5 cloves of garlic and 1 Tbsp of butter. Then vacuum seal it shut.
5. Pre-heat your sous vide to 145 F. Then cook it for 3 hours.
6. Once that’s done, pat the turkey breast dry using a paper towel and heat up a Sautee pan with 3 tbsp of neutral oil.
7. Sear all sides until you get a nice and caramelized color. Then turn off your heat, add 2 Tbsp Butter and rosemary and baste.
8. Let it rest for 3-5 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
