Sous Vide Turkey Leg

Recipe:

 

  1. -Poke holes in the Turkey legs
  2. -Add into a sealed vacuum sealer bag with Turkey gravy in one bag and cranberry sauce in the other!
  3. -Add the bags into a container with water and the sous vide cooker
  4. -Set to “duck legs”
  5. -Let it go!
  6. -Then remove and put the Turkey legs on a broiler sheet
  7. -Rub the Turkey legs down with butter, sage, salt, and pepper!
  8. -Broil in the oven about 5 minutes and turn a couple times!
